Your work will be paramount to the next evolution of personalized marketing at PepsiCo as your work will support in the scaling of PepsiCo's consumer lifetime value ecosystem.

The purpose of the role is to execute end-to-end delivery management activities for multiple consumer centric projects including conducting discovery workshops, scoping, creating project plans and estimates through implementation and deployment. The delivery senior manager is also required to proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of project deliverables within the DevSecOps framework.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed delivery plans taking into consideration various aspects of implementation including but not limited to discovery, design, implementation, system integration testing, uat, production readiness and cut over.
  • Ensure institutionalization of Salesforce best practice delivery processes for governing development, design, deployment and release management activities.
  • Proactively monitor and mitigate RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Ensure timely Status reporting of the tasks completed by team as per agreed schedule and budget
  • Ensure compliance with internal PepsiCo policies while executing the project with particular attention to timely Field Glass updates, SPM Updates,
  • Data Controls Implementation, Security related processes and Financial Reconciliation.
  • Support new demand shaping activities by providing point of view on how Salesforce can be best leveraged to address business needs
  • Contribute to capability building activities by enabling re-usable assets that empower our stakeholders to maximize business value using the breadth of the Salesforce solutions available, also harvesting knowledge from existing implementations.
  • Evangelize and educate internal stakeholders about Salesforce technology (e.g. CoPs, Workshops).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar field.
  • 17 to 25 years of overall IT experience with a demonstrated track record of complex project delivery in a large enterprise.
  • Atleast 4 years of experience in the Consumer Digital Marketing space with exposure to direct multi-channel consumer campaigns
  • Atleast 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com especially in Marketing Cloud (SFMC) which includes prior experience managing technology development for marketing campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud.
  • Business acumen and technical expertise while scoping and driving the creation of digital solutions encompassing email/sms/social campaigns, reporting, and data integration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences with simplicity.
  • Good leadership and influence skills - ability to align stakeholders on key project matters to help meet project and program objectives
  • Good problem solving skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools
  • Agile delivery experience.

Preferred

  • Experience implementing AgentForce
  • Active Salesforce Certification (in one of the Marketing Clouds)
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
