Are you an adept and efficient problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills? Frito-Lay is seeking a dedicated Raw material receiving administrator to ensure our production operations run smoothly around the clock.

First shift schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the weekly inventory system, including researching and rectifying discrepancies between reported and actual usage
  • Gather and communicate information regarding promotions, production schedules, new line items, discontinued line items, and any other raw material changes
  • Communicate with the Production Schedulers to ensure that scheduled Production runs can be supported with raw material and order raw materials needed for production
  • Troubleshoot any carrier pick-up and/or delivery problems
  • Maintain weekly product code activation systems using SCE & SBM master files and reconciliation sheets
  • Verify blind receivers to packing lists, rectify discrepancies, and enter all information into the F/L Oracle P2P system for auto pay of vendors
  • Monitor incoming shipments for timeliness of delivery, determine if any changes are needed, and make adjustments to maintain Production
  • Update HQ Purchasing Coordinators on the Site's inventory needs and production schedule
  • Work with Supplier Customer Service Reps to rectify any quality, delivery, or quantity issues of incoming materials

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, web-based applications
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Outlook, Word experience is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills; good verbal communication and telephone skills
  • Strong math skills/accounting focus
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner with limited supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Supply chain materials ordering experience.
  • Knowledge of automated inventory replenishment systems (Oracle, SAP).
  • Knowledge of business regulatory compliance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,900 - $64,050 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
