The Production & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the output and logistic stages of the Division Marketing Services Print Center. The position will produce and finish a wide variety of printed products in accordance with detailed order specifications and complete tasks as specified in a daily production schedule while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operation of equipment including large format printers, digital press, laminator, creaser, electric cutter, and binding equipment.
- Maintain equipment including resolution of malfunctions, troubleshooting, cleaning, meter readings, and coordinating service calls.
- Maintain all inventory and forecasting of supplies utilizing the correct approved national vendors.
- Performs multiple tasks at the same time, adhering to strict timelines in a fast paced environment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on all equipment.
- Conducts finish work, including, cutting, laminating, and binding.
- Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels.
- Identify, implement, and ensure cost saving logistic practices.
- Track waste, spoilage, usage and inventory, and service credits
- Additional functions incidental to printing and administrative activities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to move, carry, and lift 60 pounds.
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
