This position will support scoping, scheduling & accurately maintaining budget. Selected candidate will interface with various levels of the organization and work collaboratively across multiple business teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Define manufacturing and unit operation needs for project scope requirements and documentation
• Ability to independently lead medium and large projects
• Apply Engineering principles to problem solving and managing unexpected changes
• Participate in and lead cross-functional teams of colleagues and outside resources, including plant personnel, equipment vendors, engineering and construction contractors.
• Manage cost by developing project budgets, maintaining cost tracking tools and actively controlling project costs to deliver project cost requirements. Create project funding documents.
• Demonstrate time management skills by developing project timelines, maintaining time management tools in multiple formats and actively controlling project schedules, ensuring project schedule attainment.
• Manage procurement including analyzing quotes, writing procurement documents and tracking project procurement information. This also includes developing and leveraging technical specifications and writing inspection acceptance test plans.
• Develop, manage and execute equipment installation and start-up plans while supervising outside contractors and vendors.
• Manage multiple project deliverables, accelerated timelines and competing priorities
• Adequately manage, communicate and mitigate project risks
• Positively influence at all levels within and outside the organization as a thought leader.
• Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior Supply Chain Leaders on performance and ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

• BS Engineering or relevant Degree from a rigorous graduate program with demonstrated high academic achievement
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Track-record of effectively managing projects (Scope, Budget & Schedule) to complete multiple, time sensitive and competing priorities with minimum guidance
• Ability to cross-functionally partner with and influence/inspire key decision makers in the organization
• Ability to lead and drive an agenda through the organization to deliver results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels internally and external vendors
