• Work closely with the frontline and salaried teams on Settlement, Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations to teach and guide them through new SAP processes
• Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within Warehouse and GTM operations
• Be a results-oriented "change agent" who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project
• Ensure overall quality in Testing, Training & Deployment
• Support development of end-user training
• Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing
• Support end user training session
• Validation of site layout maps for pre-go-live configuratio
• Support identification of defects and gaps in SAP/EWM vs PBNA requirements during testing, training, and deployment, and communicate to PBNA Project Tea
• Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA ERP Project Leadershi
• Provide deployment and hypercare support

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000 based on a full-time schedule
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years in bottling operations in Warehouse, and/or Inventory capacity
• Basic understanding of Warehouse, Manufacturing, and GTM Cycle of Operations (sales and delivery)
• SAP is a plus
• Leadership/trainer experience is a plus
• Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions

• Ability to perform and prioritize under pressure
• Effective communicator, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical, process orientation, and collaborative skills.
