Parts Room Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Perform Cycle Counts - follow matrix and complete a full storeroom count quarterly.
- Manage parts checkout process.
- Keep parts area clean and organized.
- Ensure bin locations are labeled and assigned in Infor.
- Help technicians find needed parts.
- Contact vendors for pricing.
- Coordinate pickup/drive to other sites for parts.
- Call for services.
- Receive parts.
- 5S - Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.
- Keep locations properly labeled.
- Housekeeping (trash, sweeping, etc.).
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing and walking.
- Sitting occasionally to frequent.
- Lifting - up to 50 pounds above head height with or without an accommodation.
- Must be able to see (depth perception, near acuity and far acuity) and hear.
- Must be able to maneuver safely around moving equipment and/or in congested manufacturing areas.
- Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures (hot and/or cold depending upon season and plant location).
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses, ear protection, steel toed shoes, rubber gloves/boots, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Strong MS Office Skills - Word, Excel.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a result oriented, challenging environment.
- Effective coaching, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Must hold strong follow-up skills and embrace top level service environment.
