What's Your Role?
The PBUS sector Commercial Planning & Marketing team is seeking a Associate Manager of Commercial Strategy supporting our OmniEcosystem Channel. This role plays a critical part in supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies by providing data-driven insights, managing reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in syndicated data tools such as Circana.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of holistic commercial strategy
- Support the execution of the OmniEcosystem Commercial Strategy by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain content for key leadership meetings and commercial updates, including AOP, OpComm, Board of Directors, and customer presentations.
- Leverage syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana) to support business performance analysis, identify growth opportunities, and build compelling sales stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Category Insights, Finance, Shopper Marketing) to support the development of pricing, pack, and promotional strategies.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) priorities and key initiatives, ensuring alignment across customer and commercial teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, category management, business analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana,) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across teams.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience supporting customer teams or commercial planning functions.
- Demonstrated ability to build reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing insights from complex information.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
