Overview
PepsiCo Inc is seeking a Manufacturing IT Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions and data integration initiatives for digital manufacturing, with a strong focus on technical enablement.
This role is accountable for overseeing the full program scope, managing delivery execution, and shaping the supporting technology landscape. The manager will ensure that systems are designed and implemented to meet both current operational requirements and future business needs-while aligning with broader end-to-end supply chain integration and long-term digital transformation goals.
To be successful in this role, the Manufacturing IT lead must have a strong understanding of both technical skills and business process and be able to effectively present and demonstrate solutions to an Leadership audience.

Responsibilities
- As Manufacturing IT delivery Manager, Support the digital manufacturing transformation, spanning both IT and OT domains.
- Act as a key liaison between IT, manufacturing operations and leading the end-to-end delivery of MES solutions, with a focus on digital manufacturing deployment and data integration.
- Drive technical enablement efforts to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and optimized for manufacturing operations.
- Maintain clear oversight of program scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. Manage the scope change thru program governance.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and IT teams to align solution design with the broader manufacturing and supply chain ecosystem.
- Ensure that solutions are developed with a forward-looking perspective to support business growth, future-state architecture, and digital capabilities.
- Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Owner or similar role in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on Manufacturing technology solutions deployment and sustain,
- Strong Understanding of reference architectures such as ISA95 and ISA88, B2MML and ERP integration
- Experience digital manufacturing transformation consulting or strategic initiative for CPG manufacturing or similar regulated manufacturing process industries
- 8-10 years of experience in managing the IT, OT, MES, and IIoT systems, and technologies in large scale manufacturing environment.
- 8-10 years of experience working on and expertise knowledge of GE Proficy or CPG Industry standard MES suite of products with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio technologies
- Knowledge of HMI Systems, PLC and SCADA integration with MES and SAP platforms with industry standard KPI metrics and influencing to get standardized across the locations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and disciplines, senior leadership presentations
