Overview
Process Owner will be a part of the line structure team and expected to lead startups at 5am (workday typically 5am to 1:30pm), Mon-Fri, and also flex schedule to support project work or training efforts on off shifts and weekend where needed.
This MFG Assoc Supervisor - Process Owner position contributes to the success of PepsiCo by directing the manufacturing front line team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety and productivity. The Process Owner is expected to develop the operating team's technical understanding and mastery of process control.
They own the integrity of the line event data system (LEDS) and are responsible for data analytics of line losses. They also act as the team's expert in troubleshooting and problem-solving

Responsibilities
- Develops and leads a cross functional/departmental team to take on day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Delivers effective change management leadership to drive business changes while minimizing people impact
- Sets and achieves performance standards with regards to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Owns the Centerline (CL), Changeover (CO), and Change Management (CM) Daily Management Systems (DMSs).
- Lead process definition to identify CL targets and document standards
- Analyze line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities
- Lead root cause problem-solving efforts on key chronic losses for the line(s)
- Coach teams on CL, CO, and CM DMS execution and problem-solving skills
- Participate in the Line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) process to set priorities and allocate resources daily
- Builds people capability through effective employee relations & training
- Ensures compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Administer policies and procedures
- This role may operate manufacturing equipment occasionally
- This role requires you to work off-shift and weekend work
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills - Proven front-line supervisory skills and ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making
- A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, validated by your successful completion of a major improvement project
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Safe driving record strongly preferred
