Mfg Assoc Coordinator
Responsibilities
3rd Shift - (Friday-Monday, 9pm - 7am) or (Tuesday-Saturday, 10pm-6am)
This role will provide daily support to the Food Safety Team while also maintaining and updating all documentation required for the FSMA and FSSC22000.
Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of Preventive Controls
- Creates reports detailing current performance
- Ensures action plans to address gaps are tracked
- Follow up/ post audits occur to validate action plan completion
- Ensures timely review of plan/ models with appropriate managers
- Scheduling meeting events and daily activities
- Manage Food Safety and training compliance tracking process
- Provide training to employees in all departments
- Analyzing recent audit scores and deciding on actions to resolve any noted outages. This will directly impact future audit scores and also plant rankings and GPA
- Plans or assigns work, approves work, coaches/develops employees. Work for this position will be reviewed weekly with the Food Safety manager
- Periodic reviews will be held with the Quality/ Food Safety and Maintenance manager throughout the year
- Interacts with Managers daily to ensure accurate data is being reported for each department
- Interacts with Food Safety Manager for weekly updates
- Interacts with Manufacturing and Maintenance managers as needed based on department compliance
- Interacts with Maintenance/Engineering Director for monthly updates
- Strong sense of urgency and outstanding prioritization skills
- Proven ability to work with little to no supervision, and meet tight deadlines
- File organization

Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. - Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Ability to work flex hours and OT if needed
- Broad skill, experience, and knowledge of functional operations, organization, policies, and procedures
- Proven ability to handle advanced confidential administrative duties
- The position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Preferred:- Some food safety or sanitation experience or certification preferred
