Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed, and may be required to perform additional, position-specific tasks. Performs related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Receiving shipments, creating and completing cycle counts of parts on hand, and organizing/storing parts and equipment
- Following all company safety rules and regulations, recognizing hazards and taking appropriate corrective action.
- Understanding and following written and oral instructions.
- Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Individual will be required to work some weekends as part of position and holidays.
- Perform cycle counts as per the established matrix and complete a full storeroom count on a quarterly basis.
- Manage parts checkout process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts area at all times.
- Ensure all bin locations are properly labeled and assigned in the inventory systems.
- Assist technicians in locating necessary parts efficiently
- Contact vendors to request pricing and availability of parts and services.
- Coordinate with other sites for parts
- Make service calls and coordinate external support as needed
- Receive parts room inventory control and reconciliation of parts on a daily basis
- 5S - Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Keep locations properly labeled
- Housekeeping (trash, sweeping, etc.)
- Ability to pass forklift operations requirements testing and safely operate equipment, including stand-up and sit-down lifts.
- Frequent movement around parts room
- Lifting - up to 50 pounds above head height with or without an accommodation
- Must be able to maneuver safely around moving equipment and/or in congested manufacturing areas
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses, ear protection, steel toed shoes, rubber gloves/boots, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, supplemented by hands-on or vocational school training,
- Three (3) years of inventory control experience, preferably in food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry in a manufacturing environment; or two (2) years of satisfactory work experience in a fast paced, high volume work environment as a receiving coordinator, cycle counter, material ordering, operations leader, line leader, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, and valid Drivers License and acceptable driving history
- Standard Operating Procedures for equipment operations including safety rules and regulations
- High level of organizational skills needed
- Strong MS Office Skills - Word, Excel
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Demonstrated ability to work in a result oriented, challenging environment
- Effective coaching, facilitation and presentation skills
- Must hold strong follow-up skills and embrace top level service environment
