The Maintenance Supply Chain Leader role contributes to the success of the plant by providing maintenance leadership for a plant operation. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit on shift. In this role, you will lead a team of frontline employees within the maintenance department (mechanics/technicians).

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day oversight and accountability for maintenance mechanics across mechanical, electrical, and automation areas
- Ensure prompt response to maintenance service calls and completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Track and report department and equipment downtime events on a daily basis
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and lead implementation of corrective actions
- Deliver training to maintenance staff on daily operations, safety protocols, and technical skills development
- Oversee the onboarding process for new maintenance employees across all departments
- Manage daily timecard entry and workforce documentation for payroll and labor compliance
- Coordinate with maintenance planners and schedulers to organize daily and weekend work orders
- Prioritize and assign maintenance work based on operational needs and production schedules
- Oversee spare parts inventory management, procurement planning, and maintenance budget tracking
- Collaborate with external contractors and internal planning staff to ensure timely repairs and adequate parts availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Maintain plant-wide electrical systems, including conducting annual thermal integrity testing and updating electrical schematics
- Work with motor control center equipment
- Implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and improve efficiency during production changeovers
- Track plant performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead maintenance reliability initiatives and support technical development across the team
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
- Provide frontline leadership including mentoring, coaching, and development of hourly maintenance personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve operational issues
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Maintain a visible and active presence on the production floor, supporting a safe and efficient work environment
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management or maintenance supervision
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing frontline staff in an operations or maintenance setting preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical and maintenance systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and maintain technical documentation
- Experience troubleshooting electrical equipment
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and work in varying weather conditions
- Regular, reliable attendance is required; occasional travel may be required (less than 5%)
- Flexibility with schedule (weekends).
- Understanding of PLC programming preferred
