Overview
We are looking for a seasoned DevOps CI/CD Engineer to join our Global DevOps CoE team, with a focus on designing and maintaining enterprise-grade CI/CD YAML templates and implementing robust stage gate controls across the pipeline ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving standardization, security, and automation across global development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and govern reusable CI/CD YAML templates for global use.
- Implement and manage stage gates for quality, security, and compliance in pipelines.
- Collaborate with InfoSec, QA, and Dev teams to align pipelines with organizational policies.
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and pipeline governance across business units.
- Troubleshoot complex pipeline issues and support global development teams.
- Mentor teams on DevOps standards and CI/CD optimization.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in DevOps with deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.
- Expertise in authoring and managing complex YAML-based pipeline templates.
- Experience integrating stage gates (e.g., security scans, approvals) into CI/CD flows.
- Solid scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) knowledge.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
