Inventory Coordinator

• Working Shift: Monday to Friday, 4 AM to 1 PM, weekends as nedeed.
• Own Inventory responsibilities for location
• Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse
• Troubleshoot inventory variances as required
• Enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers
• Weekly balancing of transfers in/out of another facility
• Manage the day-to-day inventory process for finished goods in compliance
• Maintain all documentation per our document retention policy
• Perform all period close and audit accountabilities (period close performed on period close weekends when required)
• Cycle Counts performed daily
• Weekly PQI
• Manage Warehouse Slotting and Sequencing
• Manage at-risk and product rotation
• Participate each period close process

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

• High School diploma or GED required (college degree preferred not required
• 3+ years of experience at Invetory Control, preferred at Warehouse
• Ability to work weekends as neede
• Ability to lead small groups of people to drive result
• Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Safe driving record strongly preferred
