Overview
The FP&A Financial Analyst is the primary Finance resource for the PepsiCo Direct team (which has ~$6B in annual revenue and $48MM of annual SG&A), playing a lead role in aligning budgets and managing administration of the outsource contract for the BPO partner. The incumbent will support all financial processes (including AOP, forecast, volume and cost performance analysis, and productivity savings tracking) for the PepsiCo Direct organization, and will also manage the financial aspects of the BPO partnership, including supporting overall contract management. The incumbent will be required to partner closely with the retained leadership while also maintaining a strong partnership with the BPO contacts to ensure successful delivery of business results along with a multi-phased technology transformation.

Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the complete AOP creation for both cost and topline aspects for all of PD Next Gen
- Develop and present periodic and quarterly forecast updates to management and PBC headquarters planning department
- Provide on-going analytical support and financial insights to drive performance targets
- Support development of presentations to convey AOP and forecasts to management
- Educate and enhance PD SLT finance knowledge
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare period business review of performance results through the publication of volume and cost scorecards and executive summaries
- Fully support delivery of PD business performance metrics by overseeing tracking of actual performance vs. plan and forecast and ensuring quality variance explanations and action plans are developed and communicated.
- Develop and create efficiencies within reporting tools to streamline existing processes
Ad Hoc
- Support strategic initiatives, including benchmarking studies and business case analysis
- Provide the organization with ad-hoc financial analysis and insight as needed
- Manage Funding for Brand and HQ selling initiatives
- Enhance payables process on vendor invoices to reporting structure
Other
- Manage financial components of BPO contract including payment terms based on technology implementation and key metric results
- Partner with internal and BPO team to identify areas for performance improvement
- Assist to develop, document, implement and maintain standards for SLA measurements to ensure deliverables are met
Compensation and Benefit Details:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. - Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting required
- 3+ years of related financial analysis and planning experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Team player with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in matrix organization; handle competing priorities; influence others to meet data needs
- Quick learner with ability to think on their feet
- Customer service oriented
- MBA is a plus
- SAP S4Hana knowledge is a plus
