• Implement, execute, & ensure compliance with PepsiCo's Environmental, Health and Safety policies, procedures, and tasks.
• Support execution of the site's annual EHS Plan.
• Work with site Management to support implementation of EHS programs.
• Identify and evaluate hazards (risks) and implement effective controls (corrective solutions).
• Support & Lead incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plans.
• Facilitate and support the completion of a site wide annual EHS training plan.
• Lead and support site EHS Committees.
• Support/Conduct both internal and external audits when they occur.
• Manage and utilize EHS systems such as Ventiv, myEHS, Power Bi, Schoox, etc... as applicable.
• Conduct and assist in GEHSMS program reviews with EHS program owners/teams.
• Manage 3rd party vendors as applicable.
• Management of EHS Records.
• Capable of working off shift hours as required.
• Conduct on the floor EHS inspections and observations.
• EHS department needs support to ensure compliance for audits, OSHA, and day-to-day safety issues.

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of EHS experience required
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Passion in driving cultural change in EHS.
• Strong communication skills when working with site leadership or frontline associates.
• Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks without losing momentum while also completing all daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Able to use systems such as, but not limited to, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
