Role Overview
The Communications Web Analyst plays a key role in delivering PepsiCo's digital communications strategy by managing content, maintaining quality standards, and supporting cross-functional publishing needs. This hands-on role is centered in the CMS, with responsibilities ranging from updating brand and corporate content to supporting sensitive, high-visibility publications on PepsiCo.com and related sites.
The Analyst works closely with Communications, Legal, Development, Marketing, and agency partners to ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and on brand. Success requires strong attention to detail, comfort working within governance frameworks, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Website Content Management & Publishing:
- Serve as a primary contact for asset selection, content updates, and page builds in the CMS, ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, and on brand.
- Update articles, pages, and brand content on PepsiCo.com, coordinating related changes across other domains when needed.
- Apply templates and design system standards to create layouts that are visually engaging, accessible, and mobile-friendly.
- Support the preparation and publication of high-visibility materials (e.g., Investor Hub content) in close coordination with Legal, External Reporting, and IT teams.
- Maintain content accuracy and consistency, ensuring compliance with SEO, accessibility (ADA/WCAG), and usability best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with local market administrators, brand teams, and agencies to adapt and integrate localized or multilingual content.
- Support translation and linking strategies to ensure global consistency.
- Maintain up-to-date stakeholder and market contact lists.
- Facilitate project workflows by tracking milestones, coordinating reviews, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
Content Testing & Governance:
- Test and validate CMS content and components to confirm functionality and flag issues for developers or agency partners.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on backlog enhancements for scheduled releases.
- Document authoring processes and updates to support consistent content management practices.
- Monitor content for errors or reputational risks, proactively identifying and resolving issues prior to launch.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications, Marketing, Web Content Management, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience within a corporate or agency environment in digital communications, web content management, or marketing.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (Sitecore preferred) and digital workflows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG), and responsive design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Communications, Legal, IT, Marketing, and other functions.
- Comfort working in structured governance environments, with the ability to follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools for measuring content performance.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with digital asset management systems (e.g., Bynder or similar).
- Exposure to compliance-driven publishing processes (e.g., investor relations, legal review).
