Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Operations Analyst to join our Global Communications team, supporting a content creation & production team spanning copywriting, design, social, video, and photography. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the flow of content production, from planning and scheduling through delivery. The ideal candidate will partner with content and channel strategists, producers, editors, designers and communications stakeholders to ensure content moves efficiently through every stage of the production pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end flow of tasks through all phases of content production: pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Track and update project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and potential issues are identified early.
- Coordinate with content strategists and studio lead on talent resource allocation and workload balancing.
- Serve as a point of contact to provide regular updates on production status.
- Assist in quality control processes before final asset delivery.
- Collect and organize final, approved content assets for streamlined distribution to channel managers and stakeholders.
- Help manage budgets including vendor coordination and chargebacks to ensure expenses align with project allocations.
- Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), ensuring all boards and timelines are accurate and current.
- Actively participate in weekly content production planning and monthly editorial board meetings to provide updates and flag issues.
- Partner with editorial and production teams to monitor progress, keeping all tasks aligned with deadlines and quality expectations.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,900 - $128,700.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in content operations, production coordinator, creative project management, or digital content production.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Film, or Production.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media content formats and workflows (video, copy, animation, and design).
- Proficient with project management platforms such as Monday.com, frame.io or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and production logistics.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities.
