Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the PBNA South Division.

Location: There is a strong preference for this role to be based in Orlando, FL. However, we may be able to accommodate a remote candidate that resides withing South Division geography and is open to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain PBNA South Division Circana and HiFi reporting via Power BI to track share performance across channels, markets and customers.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to help guide executional gaps and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate and work cross functionally with the Category Management, Shopper Insights, South Division Retail, Perfect Store, and Revenue Management Teams.
  • Utilize syndicated consumer and market data to educate selling teams and key internal stakeholders on current trends/insights relevant to future growth and development.
  • Integrate information from multiple sources and build analytics at category, channel, and customer level to uncover impactful opportunities for the South Division. Support non-Circana releasable customers with category insights and solutions to drive mutual growth.
  • Develop periodic business reviews that equip sales team with actionable category insights and market trends to inform strategic planning and execution.
  • Partner with business intelligence to manage weekly/monthly reporting, scorecarding, and business performance.
  • Support Director, Sales Strategy with daily workload and projects, ad hoc requests, presentations, and high-priority business initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years' experience in analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Excellent computational skills, e.g., advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Think Cell.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Location: Orlando strongly preferred; South Division geography considered.

  • Strategic mindset with strong storytelling ability, capable of turning complex data into actionable insights..
  • Strong communication skills. You will need to educate and influence internal and external partners. Depending on the work you will also need to be able to tailor insights to all levels and functions of PepsiCo.
