Commerce Media Sr. Analyst

Yesterday Plano, TX

Overview

Position is open to all PepsiCo hubs: NYC, Purchase, Plano, or Chicago

Do you have a passion for media and how it influences behavior? Does being part of the consumer data revolution excite you? If becoming a thought leader in a space that is at the forefront of connecting with consumers is your aspiration, you could be the perfect candidate to join the PepsiCo Commerce Media Team, a dynamic team that brings together the science of data with media insights and activation.

Within this data driven team, you will play a key role in driving the future of Commerce Media Strategy and enabling a deep performance marketing practice to apply to our investments in retailer media.

You will partner with Omni Marketing to advance key commerce media strategies and operations, delivering media execution across priority retailers. Your focus will be on enhancing omni-channel ROI by innovating media and data capabilities-leveraging retailers' scaled first-party data to drive conversion through increasingly addressable and blurred marketing funnels.

You will have regular exposure to senior leadership, requiring you to stay attuned to their evolving priorities and act as a strong communicator and influencer. Success in this role depends on your ability to proactively engage a broad matrix of stakeholders and drive transformation in a rapidly evolving landscape. As privacy regulations tighten and retailers increasingly capitalize on their first-party data, your ability to think creatively, remain solution-oriented, and approach challenges with curiosity will be essential in shaping the future of these partnerships.
