Marketers on PepsiCo's Commerce Marketing team are omni-powered thought leaders navigating both the in-store and online landscape and working to provide our consumers with a seamless end-to-end experience across various commerce channels. On the PepsiCo Commerce Media team, you'll create holistic media strategies across tactics to transform iconic brands across channels, owning and executing omni media plans for our portfolio of foods and snacks. We're seeking an ambitious and organized candidate who is excited to learn how to support the media strategy, execution, and analytics across all our brands for the Amazon business. This candidate will be hands-on in the Amazon DSP and our marketing automation platform, Skai, to execute campaigns on the Amazon DSP. Additionally, this candidate will work closely with Amazon Ads to execute our big tentpole programs and work internally cross functionally to align with key stakeholders across brand teams and sales teams during execution. This candidate will lead creative development and creative support for all Amazon campaigns.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The ideal candidate for this high-visibility, fast-paced position will be a performance media enthusiast. Hands on experience buying media is a plus. This candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and work independently when needed to drive success.Candidate should be comfortable organizing and analyzing data in a way that can be easily understood by others. This candidate should have strong and clear communication skills to work closely with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
The role has several distinct responsibilities and priorities:
- Responsible for supporting Sr. Analyst in Amazon media planning & execution process across all PepsiCo's business units (inclusive of media briefing, campaign set up, optimization, reporting, and post campaign wrap decks)
- Directly manage creative process from start to finish to ensure timelines are met and creative execution is flawless.
- Act as lead project manager across brand, sales, and content teams to ensure that our brands are showing up on Amazon in the strongest way possible.
- Hands on execution and optimization for over 75+ campaigns within the Amazon DSP (hands on keyboard).
- Support advanced analytical analysis and end of campaign reports leveraging data to uncover media optimization opportunities
- Learn and leverage advanced 3rd party media tools (i.e. Skai) to manage campaigns
- Develop and maintain quarterly marketing calendars across PepsiCo business units for internal teams
- Lead weekly executional calls with Amazon Advertising and weekly brand team syncs to ensure cohesive media planning and creative execution across key stakeholders
- Set KPIs and build reporting processes to standardize measurement & performance of Amazon media campaigns
- Partner with design team to provide creative briefs that will deliver performance-driven creative
- Partner closely with Sales, Content, Brand, and Search teams to identify opportunities and challenges; develop commercially minded marketing approaches that deliver business results.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Competencies required for the position include:
- Media/marketing experience- minimum of 1-2 years of digital media experience in the development and execution of digital marketing programs, content strategy and media plans.
- Experience in programmatic media buying a plus
- Strong organizational skills, and track-record of effectively managing time-sensitive work and competing priorities with minimum guidance
- Strong collaborator and time management skills are crucial for the success of this role
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to balance strategies that drive multiple KPIs at once and develop unique campaign approaches for each use case
- Personal passion and belief in the core need to build new capabilities and transform.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to educate and influence cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and external partners regarding the opportunity in this unique channel.
