Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as a Building Maintenance Tech (SC Coordinator) will consist of:
- Preventive maintenance on building equipment.
- Operate MEWP and PIT equipment as trained and licensed by Pepsi.
- Work productively without direct supervision.
- Properly manage parts inventory and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Support all departments to deliver company objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Housekeeping.
- Training classes/seminars in and out plant, some travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Work Hours: 8 AM-4:30 PM (subject to change with notice).
- Work Week: Monday - Friday, with some weekend work to support projects.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Building Maintenance/Facilities Maintenance.
- High School Diploma required.
- Must complete aptitude suitcase test.
- Good communication skills: Reading/Writing/Listening.
- Hard working, dependable, and reliable attendance.
- Physical abilities to meet job responsibilities.
- Detail Oriented.
- Supply your own toolbox and tools - annual allotment to purchase tools offered.
