This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for delivery
  • Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices.
  • Provide feedback to Warehouse Management on workflow, loading issues and
  • Developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
  • Track each load accurately
  • Accurately count all pallets
  • Maintain pace of pallet configuration
  • Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets
  • Identify priorities and coordinate resources
  • Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate picker and loader team
  • Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps
  • Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap"
  • Other duties as Assigned
  • Mon-Fri 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge; ability to send and receive emails
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CDL or CDL permit preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Warehousing leadership experience.
  • Forklift experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
  • Experience working a flexible schedule including afternoons, late nights and/or weekends.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
    Be able to carry up to 85 lbs repeatedly.
