Peloton is looking for a Senior Manager of Service Delivery to lead our Global Member Support team in Plano, Texas, to new heights of operational excellence. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
As a key leader and key cross functional partner, you will be the expert on our support processes and systems, guiding a talented team to enhance every customer interaction and acting as the point of contact for our agent systems and processes. Your mission is to champion the Member Support strategy by designing and implementing seamless processes that make life easier for both our members and our agents. Success will be measured by your impact on key metrics like First Contact Resolution, Total Case Resolution Time, and Customer Satisfaction.

Lead & Inspire: Mentor and guide a team of four Service Design Managers and one Sr. Business Systems Analyst. You'll develop their skills and empower them to be critical links between Member Support and our cross-functional partners.Optimize & Innovate: Dive deep into our current service processes across voice, chat, and email to identify inefficiencies. You'll standardize, document, and build new strategies to streamline operations within Salesforce Service Cloud. Drive with Data: Use your sharp analytical skills in Looker and Salesforce Reporting to monitor performance, uncover trends, and make data-driven decisions that elevate our service.Own the Journey: Develop and own the comprehensive agent and support journey maps, understanding how every process change impacts the overall member experience.Collaborate for Success: Partner with leaders across the organization, from Product and Marketing to Supply Chain to ensure your process improvements align with Peloton's broader goals and luxury standards. Execute with Excellence: Take strategic vision and turn it into concrete action plans. You will manage projects, timelines, and resources to deliver tangible results and drive our Salesforce strategy forward.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
You are a natural coach who thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and has a passion for operational excellence. You're a data-driven systems thinker who can see the big picture while managing the smallest details. You willingly lend a helping hand regardless of position and level in the organization and practice servant leadership principles.
Must-Haves:
- 5-7+ years of experience in operational roles, especially in high-growth contact centers.
- 5+ years of proven people management experience.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with contact center telephony systems.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, particularly with Looker and Salesforce Reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Proficiency with process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
- A background in technical problem-solving

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our Plano office. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
