Sr. Dubbing Coordinator

About the Role
Join the Content team at a critical time as we push to realize our mission of Moving Millions Forward across the globe. This role offers the Business Momentum and Purpose in Motion of revolutionizing wellness by ensuring our content is localized for our international community, specifically through cutting-edge, AI-powered dubbing technologies. You'll drive the complex, end-to-end lifecycle of dubbing projects, balancing linguistic quality with technical innovation to deliver high-quality, culturally-relevant experiences that truly resonate with our Members.
Your Daily Impact at Peloton
- Oversee and Advance the full dubbing lifecycle, partnering with our external localisation vendors to ensure the right-first-time delivery of high-quality content to our global Member community.
- Manage Multiple Projects concurrently, proactively identifying risks and removing roadblocks to keep complex localisation initiatives moving forward with momentum.
- Champion Workflow Optimization by implementing industry best practices and strategically leveraging AI-powered technologies to enhance scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and Empower a world-class network of dubbing talent—including voice actors, directors, script adapters, and audio engineers—to maintain the prestigious quality of our localized content.
- Drive AI Improvement by organizing the evaluation of output from Voice AI technologies and providing detailed, actionable linguistic feedback to internal Engineering teams.
- Create Collective Strength by developing, maintaining, and expanding essential language assets (glossaries, guides) and establishing cross-functional localisation best practices across the business.
- Collaborate Seamlessly with internal teams (Programming, Production, Engineering) to align project execution and provide stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations on key dubbing metrics (quality, cost, turnaround time).
What You Bring to Peloton
- Proven Project Leadership managing end-to-end dubbing, localisation, or media production workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Strength: Fluency in English is a must, coupled with native-level proficiency in another major European language to anchor your linguistic expertise.
- Technical Agility using project management tools (like Asana or Jira) and possessing proficiency with dubbing-specific software.
- A Solution-Driven Mindset that shows the courage and ambition to explore new ideas, develop innovative solutions, and prioritize efficiently when delivering to tight deadlines.
- Exceptional Collaborative Skills and a credible, friendly personality that fosters trust and builds strong, cross-cultural relationships with both teammates and external partners.
- Expertise in Language Asset Management, including the proven ability to own and maintain critical glossaries, style guides, and playbooks.
- Nice to Have: Direct experience evaluating AI technologies or a genuine passion for fitness and content production.
