ABOUT THE ROLE
Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven, our Peloton Operations Experts are essential to ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes operations within Peloton's retail showroom and studio. They are the backbone of store logistics and execution, owning everything from shipping and receiving to inventory management, visual merchandising, and apparel operations. Our Operations Experts not only keep our store running smoothly but also support the selling team by maintaining an exceptional in-store experience and assisting customers as needed.

Lead visual merchandising execution in partnership with the broader showroom team
Support and manage apparel operations, including inventory accuracy through regular counts, processing transfers, replenishment, and maintaining display standards and stock availability.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the showroom is customer-ready at all times
Partner with leadership to implement operational strategies and process improvements
Provide support on the sales floor when needed, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to sales goals
Maintain operational compliance and loss prevention standards
Ensure back-of-house areas are organized, efficient, and aligned with Peloton’s operational standards
YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Prior retail operations or back-of-house experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach

Excellent communication skills and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

Comfort with technology, including MS applications (Word, Excel), Apple products, and inventory management systems

An appreciation of fitness and a balanced lifestyle

High school graduate or equivalent

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a physically active position, involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
