Partner Operations Support Lead, Member Support
ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton’s Global Member Support team is seeking a Partner Operations Support Lead to help power the success of our growing BPO network. In this role, you’ll serve as a key operational link between Peloton and our external partners ensuring teams are equipped, informed, and ready to deliver best in class support to our Members. As a Partner Operations Support Lead, your work will help shape how Peloton scales service excellence across a global support network.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Act as the primary operational liaison between Peloton and BPO partners across sites and regions, ensuring strong relationships and seamless day-to-day execution.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, documentation workflows, and readiness tracking, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Own escalation workflows across Lines of Business, partner teams, and cross-functional groups, ensuring clear resolution paths and SLA adherence based on work type and workflows.
- Lead the rollout of new policies, tools, and initiatives, delivering clear, timely, and tailored communications to partner stakeholders.
- Monitor and track partner deliverables, deadlines, and KPIs, partnering with BPOs and Peloton’s data/reporting teams to validate metrics, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate visibility into performance.
- Proactively troubleshoot real-time issues related to access, tools, or process gaps, escalating to the appropriate teams to drive swift resolution.
- Collaborate with Training and Member Experience teams to support new and enhanced training needs, develop class schedules, and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing partner support.
- Partner closely with BPO Operations Managers, QA, and Reporting teams to align operational support, maintain accountability, and drive performance outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of partner contacts, readiness status, and support interactions for transparency and traceability.
- Identify trends, recurring blockers, and inefficiencies, and collaborate on solutions that enhance partner performance and operational excellence.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 2-4 years experience in operations, vendor support, or call center environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing logistics or operational workflows across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing competing needs, and working independently
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, NICE, Amazon Connect, Einstein, and knowledge management platforms are a plus
- Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our Plano office. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
