Manager, Strategic Partner Management
ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a highly-effective Manager to support the Partner Management and success efforts within our growing Strategic Partnerships function. You will play a key role on the team during a dynamic period for the Company as we launch new partnerships and pursue impactful growth opportunities with existing partners. The Partner Management side of the Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for the ongoing performance and relationship management across Peloton’s tent-pole U.S. and global growth partnerships. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Partner Management, this individual will play a critical part in launching new partners and unlocking value from our existing strategic relationships. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Play a key role in Strategic Partner Management activities, including the implementation, launch and ongoing performance management of strategic partnerships that can contribute meaningfully to the company and the team’s growth objectives and P&L
- Effectively manage all day-to-day aspects of existing strategic partnerships, including performance reporting, invoicing, and facilitating recurring meetings to ensure that we and our partners are appropriately collaborating and driving forward progress
- Take a leadership role in facilitating internal bi-weekly business reviews with our cross-functional team and monthly business reviews with our functional leadership. In close collaboration with your manager, drive the development and facilitation of Quarterly Business Reviews with our existing partners
- Drive alignment and buy-in with a wide range of internal and external stakeholder stakeholders to maximize results of the strategic initiatives and opportunities tied to our partnerships
- Work closely with the Partner Marketing team and our strategic partners to execute on the marketing calendar and activation plan and with our Product team to manage new implementations and prioritize the partner product roadmap
- Closely track and analyze partner performance and effectively cascade synthesized findings and strategic recommendations in stakeholder-ready, error-free reports with minimal guidance
- Negotiate net-new opportunities with existing partners to expand the partnership and business impact
- Serve as a thought partner to the Business Development team by facilitating renewal conversations and processes
- Proactively build trust and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparts
- Support your team leader in driving overall team effectiveness and efficiency with an emphasis on continuous improvement in processes, partner playbooks and protocols, and cross-functional collaboration models
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 4+ years experience in a strategic and external-facing role
- Experience in strategic partnerships, project management, or management consulting
- Expert at relationship building and stakeholder management
- Highly conscientious and proactive in managing up, escalating information, and over-communicating with your manager with an appropriate level of detail and a nuanced understanding of what matters most
- Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization - whether in writing or verbally - and to present comfortably to team leadership
- Exceptional presentation and slide-creation skills with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to analyze and interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Ability to see the big picture while remaining detail-oriented
- Exceptional attention to detail and naturally self-motivated
- Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and/or MS Office (Excel)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
