The Federal Solutions Consulting team is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant. In this role you will join a diverse, talented, and high performing team that will directly support the success of the US Air Force and Department of Veterans Affairs. You will effectively communicate the value of Pega's Enterprise AI Decisioning and workflow automation platform, driving real-time optimization.

As a key contributor in the team, you will collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers and Sales. Our solutions consultants are technically savvy and customer centric. The ideal candidate for this role has strong technical skills, practices a high level of critical thinking, and has experience successfully working on large enterprise sales engagements, preferably within the public sector space.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Work with Government clients to jointly identify pain points and root cause analysis.
• Research, develop, create, and present architectures / demo solutions
• Work closely with the Sales Team and Sales Leadership to create, provide and deliver world class technical demonstrations
• Help enterprise level government clients meet strategic business goals, streamlining critical operations across multiple channels
• Continuously evaluate how Pega's unique technology can drive meaningful improvements

• Curious and passionate about technology, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Experienced in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development.
• Strategic thinker capable of building and delivering robust product demos while fostering customer relationships through effective communication and anticipation of client needs (both business and IT).
• Possess critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems, envision solutions, and articulate their business value.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to independently drive projects forward and manage time effectively.
• Trusted advisor empowering clients through transformative technology.
• Government domain experience is a plus.

• Developed customer-specific solutions to complex problems at the Enterprise level.
• Demonstrated extensive thought leadership in technology.
• Successfully delivered Proof of Concepts (POCs) and custom demonstrations, educating customers on product capabilities.
• Experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
• Demonstrated a strong understanding of object-oriented applications.
• Ability to comprehend complex data relationships and rules-based systems.
• Possess thorough knowledge of technology tools, languages, and programs.
• Holds a BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience.
