What You'll Do at Pega:
The Proposal Response Specialist will support new bookings and deals by overseeing and managing the response for RFx support requests from Pegasystems' clients in partnership with the sales organization. Develop effective proposals and processes to support all verticals as well as Pega's overall business goals through RFxs and ad hoc queries about our capabilities.
In this role, you will:
- Utilize/rewrite best response answers from database; consolidate answers; ensure final versions are saved; follow up on win/loss decisions by client.
- Follow established RFx response processes.
- Ensure that RFx response team members (Account Executive, Sales Consultants,etc...) are following process.
- Collaborate with other team members, coordinate with partner organizations on proposal submissions.
- Ensure responses toRFxsare clear, concise, relevant to client need, and adhere to all industry and client administrative requirements.
- Ensure the content library is maintained accurately in line with the latest product updates.
- Collaborate with other team members to update content library
- Maintain user access - removing employees who no longer work at Pega.
- Master current software industry; technical details of software; Pega competition.
- Lead all aspects of strategic RFx responses within assigned vertical, from qualification to winning proposal creation.
The Proposal Response Specialist should be a seasoned RFx writer with a collaborative spirit, the ability to ensure all deliverables are high-quality responses, and a sense of dedication (and humor).
