What You'll Do at Pega:

You are responsible for leading the sales efforts, managing client relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of Pega solutions within Telco & MFG clients. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction by effectively coordinating the efforts of the sales team and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Who You Are:
  • You have a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying potential clients. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Thrive on overseeing the end-to-end delivery process of consulting projects for Telco & MFG clients while working closely with delivery leaders, project managers, technical teams, product engineering, and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation.
  • Passionate about providing strategic guidance and direction for the company's industry consulting practice.
  • A thought leader at Pega! Being a central figure in the industry best practices of Telco & MFG clients by authoring articles, delivering presentations, and participating in panel discussions.
  • Keen on maintaining compliance with financial regulations, procurement policies, and ethical standards in all business activities while identifying and mitigating potential risks related to project delivery, client relationships, and legal or contractual obligations.
What You've Accomplished:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) OR equivalentexperience.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the Telco or MFG space, ideally in software consulting or IT services.
  • Lead sales and delivery teams in achieving bookings and revenue targets and provide guidance and support in closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of industry procurement processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Experience managing complex software consulting projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-makers.
  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial plans for the Telco & MFG consulting division.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire groups of managers and large teams of individual contributors towards achieving sales and delivery targets.
