About the role
As the first hire focused exclusively on bridging the gap between marketing and our client partnerships team, you will reach out to talent agencies, studios, production companies and streaming platforms to generate and develop partnerships that leverage Parrot Analytics products and capabilities.

You will be working tirelessly to qualify leads with thought leadership assets that are ready to go: You will leverage industry articles, amazing press articles (NYT, WSJ, Bloomberg, LA Times, etc), videos, whitepapers, webinar content, sales collateral, help center articles and screenshots of insightful TV, talent and movie demand charts from our beautiful DEMAND360 platform to turn marketing qualified leads - into sales qualified leads!

Working within a dynamic and high-performance marketing team, your work will supercharge our sales efforts by discovering and rapidly qualifying opportunities to help us drive enterprise sales deals.


Superior sales qualification expertise
  • You have experience developing prospects into sales qualified leads in an environment with long sales cycles - hybrid SaaS and insights consulting deals a strong plus.
  • You are skilled at discovering the specific projects, objectives, targets and problems that a prospect needs a solution for, whilst also qualifying the prospect's available budget.
  • You know how to identify pains and gains and you are skillful at spotting opportunities to create value propositions.
  • You will invest the time to truly understand the prospect's needs, then communicate precisely to our internal teams on how we can best serve them.

Entertainment industry knowledge
  • You will leverage your understanding of the entertainment industry to add value to prospect conversations. In particular, you will use your entertainment sales, strategy, research or finance expertise to create value for a prospect in every interaction, to gain their trust and commitment to take the next step with Parrot Analytics.
  • You understand the politics in the entertainment category that exist between brand, agency, and network/publisher sell-side to ensure you communicate the right way with each of these types of stakeholders.
  • You are entirely comfortable engaging with senior executive stakeholders in the entertainment industry.

Hungry for results
  • You are excited about reaching out to hundreds of senior executives in the entertainment industry each week.
  • Using every tool at your disposal you will reach out using Hubspot, email, phone, LinkedIn and Whatsapp - whatever it takes to get cut-through.
  • You understand the value of networking to create results: Opportunities exist everywhere and you look to add value to those in your network as you build it.
  • You are entirely comfortable engaging with senior executive stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
  • You are excited about picking up the phone and cold calling leads.

  • You engage with prospects with a focus on metrics, data and action. When faced with prospects focused on traditional or bottom-funnel metrics, you are able to help them see the bigger picture.
  • Your relationship with a prospect results in them putting their trust in you, allowing you to help them understand why Parrot Analytics' data solutions have more impact on their business KPIs.
  • Your command of the English language is excellent and you have a laser sharp eye for correct English syntax, grammar and spelling.
