Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Acceleration for Central Europe to lead and execute high-impact sales programs that drive scalable revenue growth. This leader will serve as a force multiplier for sales execution, operational excellence, and go-to-market transformation-directly influencing sales effectiveness and strategic growth initiatives. You will work across sales leadership, marketing, and operations to implement frameworks that enhance productivity and ensure consistent execution of the company's growth vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of sales acceleration programs aligned with EMEA and global GTM strategies across the Central Europe region.
- Lead the regional sales operating cadence, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and sales governance to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Proactively collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance strategic account motions, whitespace upsell, and top-account engagement.
- Analyze regional sales performance data to identify root causes of performance gaps and design targeted interventions for improvement.
- Advise Area and Regional VPs on growth strategies, GTM planning, and sales performance optimization, challenging the status quo positively.
- Lead strategic planning cycles in partnership with Sales Operations and Strategy teams, including segmentation, account prioritization, and sales execution plans.
- Simplify and evolve sales processes, tools, and operating models to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and accelerate time-to-revenue.
Qualifications
Required
- 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, sales strategy, or GTM leadership roles.
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director), managing cross-functional or regional teams within a technology or SaaS company.
- Proven success driving large-scale business transformation and revenue growth programs in a complex, matrix environment.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales strategy, operational frameworks, and enterprise go-to-market models.
- Demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex sales data to drive performance management.
Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Domain knowledge in Cybersecurity, Cloud, or SaaS.
- Experience with financial modeling, segmentation strategies, and sales forecasting.
- Familiarity with customer success motions and recurring revenue (ARR) models.
