Your Career

You will be responsible for new business development and account management for strategic accounts, primarily within Japan's major financial services industry (megabanks and life insurance companies).

Major Duties

Propose and sell security platforms to major domestic companies.

Establish territory plans and prioritize product introductions.

Draw up account plans for each company and generate specific sales opportunities.

Develop new clients and conduct sales pitches to existing clients.

Work with the marketing and inside sales departments to acquire leads.

Understand client challenges and needs and propose optimal solutions.

Work with internal stakeholders, including system engineers, product teams, and security specialists, to advance projects.

Promote sales negotiations in a mutually beneficial manner through collaboration with partner companies.

Efficiently manage and update sales progress on the CRM.

Manage quarterly numerical targets through weekly forecast meetings.

Share information and knowledge through team study sessions and discussions.

Your Experience

[MUST]
- 10+ years of high-touch sales experience in the IT industry (no experience in the security industry; software sales, hardware sales, SIer sales, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS sales are acceptable)
- Ability to build relationships with client management and department heads
- Presentation skills
- Planning skills, including territory and account plans
- Ability to achieve quarterly targets
