Your Career

メジャーアカウント事業部では、製造業• 自動車業界における日本のトップ企業を対象に、新規ビジネス開発およびアカウントマネジメントを担当しています。
本ポジションでは、製造業における主要5社のアカウントを担当していただきます。

営業とエンジニアは1対1のペアを組み、社内外のパートナーと連携しながら案件を創出し、市場拡大を目指します。
当社は上記市場で非常に高いマーケットシェアを誇り、セキュリティの観点からお客様のDX推進を支援しています。経営層や意思決定者とのコミュニケーションが最も重要な活動であり、お客様にとっての「セキュリティコンサルタント」となることを目指して営業活動を行います。

お客様向けにセキュリティ提案を立案し、それをビジネスとして実現するためのアクションプランを策定• 実行します。
また、製品営業やマーケティングチームなど社内の各部門と連携し、担当市場における認知向上とビジネス機会の創出を推進します。

Your Experience

【必須条件】

  • IT業界でのハイタッチセールス経験5年以上(セキュリティ業界経験は不問。ソフトウェア、ハードウェア、SIerでの営業経験も可)
  • 製造業分野における専門性を持った営業経験
  • エンタープライズ営業の経験
  • CxOレベルとのエンゲージメント経験

  • セキュリティ業界での経験
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力と自己管理能力
  • 英語での読み書きが可能なレベル
  • 担当クライアント(経営層を含む)とのアカウント開拓• 関係構築スキル
  • 論理的思考に基づいたアカウント戦略の立案能力
  • 社内の各プロダクト部門などと連携して提案を推進し、チームビルディングや主体的なプロジェクト推進ができる能力
