Your Career
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Data Analyst to lead executive-level reporting and deliver high-impact insights that inform strategic decisions across our business. This individual will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, capable of owning complex datasets, producing clear and concise executive reports & dashboards, and translating raw data into meaningful, actionable insights.
Your Impact
- Develop, maintain, and scale executive dashboards and scorecards that support GCS business management & operating cadences.
- Manage data governance to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability across multiple systems and data sources.
- Translate complex datasets into insightful narratives that influence executive decision-making and strategic direction.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Product to align metrics, KPIs, and data definitions.
- Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, recommending and implementing improvements to data architecture and business logic.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from executive stakeholders with speed, clarity, and accuracy.
- Help drive a data-first culture by mentoring team members and sharing best practices around data hygiene, dashboard design, and insight generation.
Your Experience
- Deep understanding of data structures, business acumen, and advanced technical ability-particularly in SQL-as well as a strong sense of storytelling through data.
- 8+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, preferably supporting senior leadership or executive teams
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries across large, normalized datasets in Big Query.
- Strong experience with Tableau (to include dashboard development, data blending, calculated fields)
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and a strong eye for design and storytelling.
- Experience working with large datasets from platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Clarizen, or similar.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of post-sales operational metrics and drivers.
- Proven ability to turn raw data into clear insights, with experience influencing business strategy through analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Google sheets including formulas, pivot tables, and scripting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $130000/209000YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
