We’re looking for an experienced product designer to join our team and lead the user experience on Outbrain’s supply-side products.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with R&D, Product Managers, and fellow designers to define, create, and deliver cutting-edge SaaS products that empower our publisher partners.

A day in the life
- Design delightful and engaging solutions for publishers
- Execute all stages of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery
- Prototype the experiences, conduct usability studies to research and then iterate your design based on your findings and supporting data
- Collaborate effectively with product management, developers, product marketing, and other team members and stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience as an UX/UI designer, working with B2B complex desktop Products
- Great communication skills (in English)
- Proven background in UX methodologies and applying user-centric design processes
- Advanced prototyping abilities to fully demonstrate and test interactions and transitions
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to improve UX design
- Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
- A team player who is willing to help teammates, share knowledge, and learn from them
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Ad Tech/Publishing industry
