Onyx is a programmatic -first offering in a dedicated, environment of viewable, in-article placements, featuring rich video and display experiences that drive greater audience attention and impact.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior Account Manager to manage and help accelerate our growing agency business.

 A day in the life

As a Senior Account Manager for the UK and Northern Europe, you will build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key customers by helping them achieve their marketing objectives. You will partner with Outbrain sales, product, operations, and creative teams to drive customer success.

The role involves deep diving into campaign performance data to identify trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve goals, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.

As the product expert, you will educate brands and their agencies on Outbrain’s portfolio of advertising solutions (native, branding, and programmatic) as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign strategies.

 

What you’ll bring

  • You have 5 years of client-facing experience in digital media with a focus on programmatic display and video
  • Commercial awareness and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong inter-personal, team-working skills with experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers
  • Experience managing Brand and DR campaigns, optimizing accounts to achieve performance target for top tier advertisers
  • Analytically minded with very good attention to detail, able to identify trends in large data sets
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience supporting, developing, and mentoring junior team members
