Partnerships Manager/Lead- Onyx Brand Studio (Fixed term contract)

Onyx by Outbrain is seeking a highly motivated, creative and commercial individual to lead our Brand Studio solutions and partnerships in our EMEA region (based in one of our office locations in the UK, FR, DE, IT ot ES) If you are interested in joining a group of accomplished, passionate people and willing to take part in the growth of our dedicated in-house team by unlocking brands with innovative ideas and enabling our sellers with best-in-market creative solutions for display and video, then we want to talk to you!

 The Role

  • We’re looking for an individual with a strong problem-solving mindset and creative approach to video and display solutions. You will work closely with our sellers as well as bring ideas to life for the world’s leading brands and their agencies. Our ideal candidate will have account management, sales and/or creative solutions experience within a digital environment supported by exemplary pitching and partner relationship management skills. You will take full ownership of our project pipeline, revenue and initiatives, working alongside the Enterprise and Agency sellers across our markets. You will be responsible for the delivery of Brand Studio solutions, working closely with our Onyx Brand Studio Design and Insights teams, with the ultimate goal of unlocking long term growth from the largest Enterprise Brands, globally. 

 

Your main missions

  • Team up with local sellers to build and deliver a revenue pipeline, generated through creative solutions
  • Be innovative, push boundaries and lead the way in ‘thinking outside the box’ with advertiser asks and needs 
  • Deliver revenue growth
  • Identify solution needs; working closely with business stakeholders across Sales Enablement and Product. 

 

What you’ll bring

  • 5 years+ experience in digital
  • Proven track record of ideating and delivering creative solutions 
  • Strong understanding of Brand Building Marketing and Objectives 
  • An excellent communicator; adept at bringing a story to life in both spoken and written form
  • Able to bring solutions to fruition; seeing them through as a project manager, end to end. 
  • Experience in identifying trends in data to form a data driven approach to solution selling
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising landscape across display and video

  • Ability to constantly collaborate with other Outbrain departments (Sales, Design, Insights, Product, BI, Marketing) to achieve your goal.  
  • A strong ability to juggle projects and prioritize based on the advertiser and business needs
