Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Care Team Quality

Sebring, FL / Remote

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Quality Nurse Supervisor to join our Clinical Care team.

Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.

About the role

You will provide day-to-day oversight and management of the team. You will own the daily Nurse team operations, including queue and volume throughput and staffing, and also serve as the primary escalation point for your teams. You will support strategic and clinical initiatives as needed.

You will report to the Nikeya Lynch. This role is management level 4.
