Purpose and Job Summary

ORIX Corporation USA is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Data Integration to lead our enterprise data integration initiatives. Based in Dallas, TX, this hybrid role (3 days in office) is responsible for managing data pipeline development, optimizing integration frameworks, and guiding distributed teams (onshore and offshore). The ideal candidate has deep expertise in data warehousing, ETL, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and CI/CD practices.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise data integration and data warehousing efforts.
  • Manage and mentor both onshore and offshore engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Ensure data integration solutions are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability across SQL Server (T-SQL) and Oracle platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Drive standards and automation for integration processes, leveraging CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Enforce data governance and quality standards to maintain trusted and consistent data assets.
  • Serve as a technical leader and advisor in cloud architecture and data integration best practices.

  • This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and management. In addition, this role may interact with outside business partners, vendors, consultants, and other office visitors.

Education, Skills, & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse principles, ETL architecture, and data modeling.
  • Expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL), Oracle, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Cloud experience is a must - with strong preference for Azure, though AWS or GCP is acceptable.
  • In-depth experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for deploying and maintaining data integration solutions.
  • Proven experience managing onshore and offshore teams in fast-paced, enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
