Purpose and Job Summary:

ORIX Corporation USA is seeking an Associate Director (Data Manager), to join the Enterprise Data Solutions team responsible for leading Data Management & Business Intelligence efforts for its NXT Capital affiliate. This individual must have experience with data management, project management and have subject matter expertise in finance and capital markets. The focus of this role is partnership with business functions to design data solutions that allow ORIX and NXT to stay competitive in a rapidly changing business environment.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university in a relevant business/technology field
  • 10+ years experience in developing performance analytics (data quality experience a plus)
  • 3+ years experience in program management with a record of driving performance improvement

Required

  • Strong experience in driving multiple business owners to completion of enterprise goals/standards
  • Strong knowledge and experience in data management tools, principles, and processes
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet critical and established deadlines
  • Ability to adjust priorities as necessary in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and mathematical skills
  • Ability to lead and organize projects while still maintaining functional capability to be hands-on when necessary.

Annual base salary gross: $165,000 - $185,000 (IL only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of the ORIX USA's salary for this position. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX USA's total compensation package for employees.
