NXT Capital is seeking a data-driven Associate ready to make a measurable impact. In this role, you'll deliver insights that directly influence high-priority business decisions, help advance our digital transformation, and partner with leaders across the organization. Work hands-on with data and analytics to shape the future of NXT.
Essential duties
Portfolio Reporting & Analytics
- Collaborate with business leaders to deliver actionable insights for decision-making, improved risk management, and business growth, primarily through Power BI dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
- Own and streamline investor and corporate reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Partner directly with technology, front and back-office teams on high-impact data initiatives.
Data Management & Quality
- Translate business requirements into actionable data specifications.
- Drive improvements in monthly/quarterly reporting processes; document procedures for consistency.
- Champion data quality: identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
Innovation
- Identify, analyze, and drive innovative technical, process and business solutions including the use of AI and Robotics to enhance analytics and drive process efficiency.
Skills & experience
- 3-5 years of analytics, financial analysis, data management or data quality related experience within a financial services company or banking; commercial lending/financial analysis experience a plus
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial, risk or leadership reporting, leveraging Power BI or similar tools
- Motivated, self-starter with confidence to handle high priority initiatives and facilitate day to day needs of diverse set of stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and experience working across technology and business teams
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or Information Systems

Annual base salary gross: $115,000 to $135,000 (IL only) . The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of the ORIX USA's salary for this position. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX USA's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include cash bonuses, long term incentives, health insurance, accident and life insurance, and retirement benefits.
