We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is essential in driving engineering activities to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, define quality controls, and implement process variation reduction strategies. The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development, ensure manufacturability, and continuously improve operations.

What You Will Do

  • Participate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews to optimize designs for production efficiency.

  • Review technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications to support manufacturability.

  • Create and update engineering documentation including routings, BOMs, and customer requirements.

  • Design and manage fabrication or procurement of fixtures, ensuring successful floor implementation.

  • Lead or support problem-solving initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools.

  • Partner with Operations to implement and monitor consistent data reporting systems.

  • Provide training, draft work instructions, and ensure implementation of new processes.

  • Evaluate complex engineering problems and lead cross-functional solutions.

  • Serve as a technical liaison for new product launches with customers.

  • Perform process validations and develop related protocols.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor (Required)

  • Master (Preferred)


EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ Years of Engineering Experience (Required)

  • 7+ Years of Engineering Experience (Preferred)

  • 2+ Years of Experience in a Manufacturing Environment (Preferred)

  • Experience Operating CNC Equipment/Machining (Preferred)

  • Lean Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)

  • Exposure to integrated business planning (Sales & Operations Planning process), quality system deployment, and lean manufacturing in an industrial setting (Preferred)

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing principles

  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to interpret complex technical data and develop solutions

  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience with process automation and industrial systems

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process control
