Positions in this function require various nurse licensure and certification based on role and grade level. Licensure includes RN or LPN/LVN, depending on grade level, with current unrestricted licensure in applicable state. Positions this function include RN and LPN/LVN roles responsible for overseeing and participating in day to day clinical care of patients. Employees are involved in direct patient care (in a clinic, in-home care, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Current unrestricted RN licensure in applicable state
- Excellent IV skills
- Proficient in field of practice
- Proven multi-system assessment skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement plan of care based on assessment skill
- Proven ability to coordinate medical care with provider and appropriate team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chemotherapy certified
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Emergency or other critical care experience
- Demonstrates initiative towards problem solving
- Proven ability to demonstrate independent clinical skills
- Proven organizational and leadership skills and solid computer skills
The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
