Primary Responsibilities:

\n
    \nThe Nurse Supervisor is accountable for planning and oversight of department staff activities related to patient care, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to fiscal budget, policies, procedures, standards and regulations\nThis position works collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization to create an environment of excellence, trust, and continual learning. Must be informed and maintain generalist nursing skill proficiency & competency in all aspects of clinical nurse responsibilities in an ambulatory care setting\nScope of responsibility will include multiple departments and/or a high degree of patient complexity and/or 10+ providers \n\n

    Required Qualifications:

    \n
      \nBachelor’s degree in nursing or four years supervisory/management experience (4 years)\nRN from accredited nursing program\nActive, current Texas license \nACLS (within 3 months), BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider), PALS if supervise pediatric department (within 6 months) \n5+ years of clinical RN experience with at least 3 years progressive supervisor/management experience \nPersonnel Management, Clinical Management \nProficient keyboarding, Basic computer skills\nAbility to use equipment and related supplies for a selected patient population. Able to use mechanical devices, such as those used in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy\n\n


      Preferred Qualifications:

        \nMasters degree in nursing or related field\nNurse Certification in work related field (within 1 year)\nPALS, CPR Instructor, refined public relations, verbal and writing expertise\nExperience with EPIC system\n\n


        Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
