As a Psychiatrist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications for behavioral health and psychological disorders. This is an outpatient clinical environment where you will interact directly with patients.

Primary Responsibilities:

\n

\nProvide direct clinical services to patients in the form of psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group treatment\nConduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management\nCollaborates as a member of multi-disciplinary integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans\nFoster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers\nOpportunities to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures\nParticipate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements\n\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\nClear and active Psychiatrist License (MD/DO) in state of practice\nBoard-Eligible or Board-Certified in state of practice\nObtain the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration\nCan commute to the location at least 3 days each week\n\n

\n

Preferred Qualification:

\n

\n2+ years of Behavioral Health experience in an outpatient clinical setting\nExperience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)\nExpertise in treating children, adolescents, and families\nKnowledge of TMS \nKnowledge of Magventure chair (if applicable)\nKnowledge of Spravato (if applicable)\n\n
