Position Highlights:

    \nPhysician-led, Patient-centered team-based care environment

    \nFocus on Quality instead of Quantity while delivering utmost care to patients

    \nModerate scheduling templates to promote Work and Life Balance

    \nPartner with other medical professionals while practicing with autonomy

    \nPractice at the peak of your license providing evidence-based medicine

    \nPatient Assessments, Formulating Care Plans, Finding Gaps in Care Delivery, Communicating and Teaching patients about personal Care Management

    \nEducate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health

    \n\n

    Primary Responsibilities:

    \n
      \nConduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories

      \nPerform physical examinations and diagnostic tests

      \nAssist in surgical procedures and manage post-operative care

      \nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans

      \nEducate patients and their families on urological health and treatment options

      \nCollaborate with medical staff to ensure continuity of care

      \nMaintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations

      \nFlexibility to work in Middletown, NY – splitting time each day between hospital and clinic

      \nSchedule is 5 days, 8-hour shifts with no weekend, no call

          Required Qualifications:

          \n
            \nGraduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant program

            \nUnrestricted Physician Assistant licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process

            \nNational Board Certification

            \nActive and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

            \n

            Preferred Qualifications:

            \n
              \nGraduate of a Master’s level program

              \nFirst Assist experience

              \n\n

              \n

              The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $166,500 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
