Optiv's SLED (State, Local, & Education) Contract Reporting Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting Optiv's SLED Strategy organization through reporting contract usage to prime contract holders and cooperatives. This role supports the efforts of the Sr. Public Sector Operations Manager for overall contract management. The SLED Contract Reporting Analyst is responsible for reporting contract sales monthly, as well as assisting in maintaining an organized and current contract library.
How you'll make an impact
- Update and maintain an organized and complete reporting process using data from the appropriate repository and tailoring to the contracting agency needs.
- Audit and report sales on government contract vehicles.
- Ensure compliance to transaction regulations, including but not limited to sale price maximums, fee accruals, and timely fee payments.
- Communicate contract usage externally to contract holders by designated deadlines.
- Assist the Sr. Public Sector Operations Manager in maintaining organized files related to SLED contracts
- Complete forms given appropriate repository information
- Other duties as assigned to support SLED Strategy Organization

What we're looking for
- Academic degree required with 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Experience in supporting public sector and contract vehicles preferred
- Excellent command of the English language - ability to take and execute from primarily verbal instruction as well as written instruction
- Ability to effectively communicate in written English
- Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel. Salesforce.com experience preferred
- Ability to do math including adding and calculating percentages
- A general understanding of US geography is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
- Solid planning and scheduling skills, and experience working within tight deadlines
