Partner Development Manager - AWS Marketplace | Remote, USA
CO Salary Range: USD 82,700.00 - 110,200.00 per year
This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S.
As a Partner Development Manager- AWS Marketplace you will drive revenue growth by executing partner-led initiatives that build and expand our sales pipeline. You will team up daily with partner sellers and Optiv account teams to uncover new opportunities, expand existing client engagements with cutting-edge technology solutions, and drive incremental pipeline for our partner ecosystem. Your focus will be on nurturing these relationships to unlock new business opportunities, ensuring our position as a leading cybersecurity solutions provider is not only maintained but strengthened. This position will partner closely with sales leadership, design and govern large-scale partner-centric programs that accelerate pipeline, secure executive buy-in and deliver transformative outcomes at enterprise scale.
How you'll make an impact
- Collaborate with ISV partner account teams and AWS Marketplace teams align with Optiv regional sales leaders and reps to build shared account plans, prioritize target clients, and coordinate outreach activities.
- Develop and deepen strategic relationships with key AWS vertical partner sales specialists, as well as account executives, to promote Optiv as a preferred security solution integrator.
- Serve as a point of contact for AWS partner sales teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between AWS partner sales teams and Optiv's sales teams.
- Articulate and promote Optiv's unique AWS Marketplace value proposition to Optiv, AWS and ISV partner sales and channel teams, equipping them to position our solutions effectively.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging partner networks, with a focus on initiatives that drive incremental revenue.
- Partner closely with Optiv's Client Solutions and Service Delivery teams to align solution delivery resources around AWS security opportunities, guaranteeing exceptional client outcomes.
- Champion Optiv's differentiated offerings to AWS partner sales and security leadership, ensuring they understand and advocate our value across mutual engagements.
- Track AWS Marketplace pipeline and revenue metrics, leveraging CRM analytics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decisions.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical Discipline required
- 4+ years' experience in channel sales leadership, partner development, or alliance management within enterprise IT or cybersecurity.
- Keen understanding of AWS and ISV ecosystem and growth opportunities within it
- Proven track record leading partner sales execution and consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort driving decisions based on CRM and partner sales metrics.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation abilities.
- 10-15% travel expectation.

Salary Range Description
$82,700.00 - $110,200.00 Annual
The Hiring Range provided for this role is informed by (but not limited to) various factors including responsibilities of the position, work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, geography, as well as other market influences when extending an offer. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for these factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a variable incentive-based bonus plan. Optiv offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, of which salary is a component.
